Service Description
The Working Mind Employee Training helps teams understand mental health as a spectrum, reduce stigma, and build resilience in fast-paced, people-first workplaces. Through interactive learning and relatable examples, participants learn to recognize early signs of distress, communicate more supportively, and use practical tools to manage stress and prevent burnout. This course strengthens psychological safety, improves team morale, and helps create a more engaged, supportive workplace culture grounded in shared language and practical strategies. Course Modules Include: • Mental Health Awareness & Stigma Reduction • Recognizing Signs of Distress • Building Resilience & Managing Stress We also offer a Working Mind Manager Training that can be paired with this program.
