The Working Mind’s Employee Mental Health Awareness & Stigma Reduction course provides employees with the tools to recognize mental health challenges, reduce stigma, and foster a supportive work environment. This facilitator-led program enhances resilience, encourages open conversations about mental wellness, and strengthens team morale.
