Building on Workshop One, participants examine their own leadership habits and explore how stress impacts their reactions. The session introduces simple emotional regulation tools for high-pressure moments and emphasizes active listening as a powerful trust-building behaviour. Through reflection, paired exercises, and relatable workplace examples, participants practice responding with greater intention and steadiness — especially when tensions are high. Participants will: Identify habitual leadership reactions under stress Practice simple emotional regulation tools Strengthen active listening skills Build more predictable, respectful leadership behaviours Reduce friction and strengthen team dynamics As the second workshop in the series, Leadership Behaviours moves participants from understanding psychological safety to living it — one interaction at a time.
