Service Description

In Part Two of the Hospitality Leadership Series, leaders examine how their daily habits and reactions shape team culture and service consistency. Building on the foundation of energy and capacity, this workshop focuses on how leaders show up under pressure and how small behavioural patterns have lasting cultural impact. Through practical reflection and skill-building, leaders learn to interrupt reactive patterns, respond intentionally, and use active listening as a stabilizing leadership tool in fast-paced environments. Leaders will learn to: Identify habitual leadership reactions under stress Manage emotional triggers and choose intentional responses Strengthen active listening skills in high-pressure situations Build consistent daily behaviours that positively shape team culture This session reinforces the power of everyday leadership moments in creating strong service environments.
