Service Description

The moments that matter most for psychological safety are often the hardest ones. Workshop Three: Courageous Communication focuses on feedback, early intervention, and navigating tension while maintaining trust. Participants learn to distinguish accountability from blame and practice using clearer, more compassionate language during difficult conversations. The session introduces the SBI-Q feedback framework, helping leaders communicate expectations, acknowledge impact, and stay grounded when conversations become uncomfortable. This workshop also introduces simple “system-building” tools that help teams co-create norms and rituals that reinforce safety, clarity, and accountability over time. Participants will: Approach difficult conversations with confidence Deliver feedback using the SBI-Q framework Balance accountability with compassion Reduce defensiveness in high-stakes discussions Co-create team norms that support ongoing safety As the final workshop in the series, Courageous Communication brings everything together — understanding, habit-building, and the confidence to lead bravely when it matters most.
