Service Description

Psychological safety isn’t a checklist — it’s a human experience shaped by everyday behaviour. Workshop One: Safety & Trust introduces psychological safety as a practical, lived part of daily work. Through guided discussion, storytelling, and reflection, participants explore what psychological safety actually looks and feels like — and how it connects to mental health, inclusion, collaboration, and communication. Leaders reflect on their own experiences of feeling safe (or unsafe) at work and begin identifying the subtle signals that influence whether people speak up or hold back. This session builds a shared language around safety and trust while highlighting what is already working well within the team — and where there may be gaps to strengthen. Participants will: Explore psychological safety as a human, relational practice Reflect on personal experiences of safety and silence Identify daily behaviours that build or erode trust Strengthen shared language around safety and communication Clarify what’s working well — and what needs attention As the first workshop in the series, Safety & Trust creates clarity, connection, and readiness for deeper skill-building.
