Service Description

These mentorship sessions are the final component of the leadership development program and provide individualized support as directors apply what they learned during the workshops. Each session is tailored to the director's current priorities and may include: Applying workshop concepts to real leadership situations Strengthening communication, influence, and leadership consistency Navigating emerging team or organizational challenges Building psychologically safe leadership practices Problem-solving current issues and identifying practical next steps Accountability and reflection on leadership goals The purpose of these sessions is to help translate learning into sustained leadership practice through personalized coaching and ongoing support.
