Service Description

Leadership focuses on the communication moments that matter most — giving feedback, addressing concerns early, and navigating tension while maintaining trust. Participants learn how to distinguish accountability from blame, use clearer and more compassionate language, and approach tough conversations without creating defensiveness. Through guided practice, reflection, and a simple feedback framework (SBI-Q), participants learn how to communicate expectations, acknowledge impact, and stay grounded when conversations get uncomfortable. The workshop also introduces “system-building” tools that help teams co-create norms and rituals to support ongoing safety, clarity, and accountability. As the final workshop in the Leading with Psychological Safety series, Leadership brings everything together: understanding, habit-building, and now the confidence to lead bravely — even when the stakes are high.
