Practice - Everyday Habits That Build Trust

Service Description

Practice focuses on the everyday actions that shape how safe people feel at work. Building on Workshop 1, participants dig into their own leadership habits, explore how stress affects reactions, and learn how to respond with more intention and steadiness. The session introduces simple tools for emotional regulation during high-pressure moments and helps participants practice active listening that makes others feel genuinely heard and respected. Through reflection, paired activities, and relatable examples, teams learn how predictable, respectful behaviours strengthen trust, reduce friction, and contribute to healthier team dynamics. As the second workshop in the Leading with Psychological Safety series, Practice helps participants move from understanding psychological safety to living it — one interaction at a time.
