Foundations - Understanding Safety and Trust

2 hrCustomer's Place

Service Description

Foundations introduces psychological safety as a practical, human part of everyday work — something that grows through small behaviours, not technical checklists. Through guided discussion, stories, and reflection, participants explore what psychological safety actually looks and feels like, how it connects to mental health and inclusion, and why it influences trust, collaboration, and communication. Participants reflect on their own experiences of feeling safe (or unsafe) at work, identify the daily signals that help people speak up or hold back, and begin building a shared language for talking about safety and trust. This session also highlights what’s already working well in the team and uncovers gaps that may need attention. As the first workshop in the Leading with Psychological Safety series, Foundations creates clarity, connection, and readiness — setting the stage for deeper skills practice in Workshops 2 and 3.
