Learning Objectives: By the end of this two-part training, participants will be able to: ✅ Understand how to use the Opening Minds Psychological Health & Safety (OM PHS) Integration Framework to illustrate how PHS is embedded throughout an organization. ✅ Create a plan for assessing the level of PHS integration in a workplace. ✅ Recognize key organizational systems and workplace practices that impact PHS. Course Description: This facilitator-led training, delivered over two half-day sessions, provides a structured approach to embedding Psychological Health & Safety (PHS) across an organization. Participants will learn how to integrate PHS principles into workplace systems, policies, and practices, ensuring a sustainable and measurable approach to workplace well-being. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and guided exercises, learners will: 🔹 Explore the OM PHS Integration Framework and how it applies to different workplace structures. 🔹 Identify the key elements of work that affect PHS within their organization. 🔹 Develop a strategic plan for assessing and improving PHS integration. 🔹 Gain insights into using PHS assessment tools to inform resource allocation and system improvements.
