Service Description
Strong leadership requires more than technical skill—it takes emotional intelligence. Emotionally Equipped™ helps supervisors understand emotional patterns, recognize stress signals in others, and respond in ways that build trust and improve team dynamics. Participants explore core EI skills—self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and relationship management—through a hospitality-focused lens. Leaders leave with tools to stay steady under pressure, de-escalate tension, and create safer, more resilient teams. This course can be taken on its own, or paired with Strong all Season and Stay Stoked in the Resilience Series.
